Better Business Bureau and Updates

Still no word back from the President of Counterforce (or the United States). In the meantime, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Houston. I've never used the BBB before, but they seem like a very useful consumer advocacy group. Their website is very easily searchable. I should probably start using them to look up companies I'm considering hiring in addition to just searching for reviews online.
